The Program
How can you know what you want, if you don’t know who you are?
You’ve joined the programs, you’ve set the goals, but you usually give up halfway through. Or you achieve them and still feel unfulfilled. Why? it isn’t because you aren’t capable or disciplined enough. It isn’t because there is something wrong with you. It’s because you aren't passionate enough about what it is you thought you wanted.
That’s because most coaching programs are missing a huge step. The first one. Instead they launch into goal setting and skip the inner work that is essential to discovering who you really are and what has genuine meaning and value to you. So whether you achieve the goal or not, you end up feeling worse. Either because you get what you thought you wanted and still feel unfulfilled, or because you make giving up on the goal mean something negative about you.
I designed my group coaching program to be in two transformative steps to make sure this didn’t happen to my clients.
The first step is about the inner work. It's about understanding what your core beliefs are. What your values are. What your habits are. What are the internal mechanisms that make you do what you do, even though you want to be doing something else? What is lurking in your subconscious? What is the story you have that keeps you from being at peace with yourself and going for what you want? I show you how to take an inventory of these parts of yourself because these are the parts that literally determine your life. Then, when you are really clear about what actually matters to you, we start to build on that solid foundation.
The second step is building a meaningful and fulfilling life (one completely authentic to you) upon that foundation. You create a rich and expansive vision for your life, and set your next goal towards turning that vision into your reality with a proven, step-by-step framework successfully used by thousands of women around the world just like you. I will show you how to use the power of this incredible program to not only get what you want in your life (love, money, career, whatever your big dream is) but with me in your corner along the way, I will show you how to ENJOY the process. I will show you how to make the journey just as juicy and delicious as achieving the goal itself.
Are you ready?

One program. Two steps. Revolutionary change.
How does group coaching work?
Okay first let’s just address the elephant in the room: There are so many coaches out there, but there is not a whole lot of actual coaching going on.
As a client, I’ve been in LOTS of different coaching groups and I’ve had a lot of 1:1 coaching. When I was in larger groups, those with 50, 60, some with over 100 women in them, I found I could easily hide out in those numbers. I felt anonymous and wasn’t nudged out of my comfort zone. And because the container was so big, I didn’t have any direct access to the coach. But when I did only 1:1 coaching, I missed the support, community and connection I got from being with other women walking the same path. I had the most success when I was coached within a small group of clients. Having direct access to the coach while in a group that was intimate enough to know the other women in the group, and for them to know me was really the secret sauce for my success.
So when I became a coach in 2020 it was very important to me that my groups be the best of both worlds. That’s why every program I have led has had an enrollment limit. Even if that has meant running two groups at the same time. Having a smaller number of clients in my containers allows me to provide lots of personal attention, direction and accountability (aka actual coaching). And one of the best parts of my coaching program is the support from the others in the group who are eager to build you up. Genuine friendships and deep connections are made. You’re never alone or invisible and you’re always in the company of non-judgemental women who speak your language and believe in growth. You’re together with women who are aspiring and inspiring.
How does that actually work? With ease and grace and at your own pace, you’re invited to go through the program material conveniently located in your own virtual portal. Individually (or as a pair if you desire accountability) you navigate short videos, reading materials, worksheets, exercises and journal prompts that are provided for you. Then once a week, we all come together for a live group coaching call (replays are always available) where you are invited to ask questions about the material, get coaching on challenges and receive guidance from me. Also included is a monthly one-on-one coaching call with me, and you have access to direct WhatsApp support with me Monday-Friday which my clients find extremely helpful throughout the six months.
You’re invited to schedule a complimentary clarity call with me.
In a short private conversation, you’ll have the chance to share one thing that’s not working for you in your life right now that you wish could change. I’ll help you see that the solution to that problem is probably easier and closer than you might have thought. (Here’s where you can learn more about me and my coaching expertise). I’ll also share what you can expect in the program and tell you if I think it’s the right next step for you. If you decide you’d like my support in creating a more fulfilling life, I’ll let you know how to enroll.

I’m so glad you asked. When we hear “recovery,” most people automatically think of addiction. You might think of someone you know who suffers from an addiction (to alcohol, drugs, gambling, their phone, etc.) and you may find it hard to relate. That makes total sense.
And here’s something you may not realize: we’re all recovering from something. Whether it be an addiction, grief, perfectionism, overwhelm, anxiety, codependency or any number of issues. We are all wounded in some way. I don’t mean this in a disempowering or victim-y way. You might be able to see some of your hurts showing up in patterns of behaviour (such as avoiding “difficult” conversations, or yelling at your kids or spouse and then feeling crappy about it, or saying yes, meaning no and feeling resentful).
Have you ever wondered where those habits come from? They stem from those parts of ourselves that are wounded. Until we take time to look at those things that might make us feel uncomfortable in some way, they will continue to interfere with how we live — including how we hold ourselves back.
So when I talk about recovering, I’m talking about recovering from stuff that happened in the past but that’s still affecting us negatively in the present. In the program, we work together to identify and heal those old hurts so you can create the life you want and deserve based on being a healthy, secure adult in a positive relationship with yourself.

Are you prepared to show up fully, look at yourself with compassion and curiosity, and do the work (reflection, self-observation, etc.)? I only work with people who are. This program is not for everybody: it’s not a massage therapy session where I do all the work. I ask questions that only you can answer for yourself: I can’t do this for you. No coach can. But I will do this WITH you. I keep the groups small and make sure everyone is a good fit so we can all grow together.
Because I was a client of the program first, I understand first-hand what’s important to get the most value from your investment. You can expect a transformation if you do the work.
I believe wholeheartedly that if investing in a coach will put you in severe financial distress, it may not be the right time. I will never suggest that a potential client go into extreme debt to work with me, nor do I overcharge and tell you that the investment is “for your own growth.” If you need coaching but are in a major financial struggle, please reach out directly to hello@sarahlevinecoaching.com to discuss.

I believe there are A LOT of similarities and a few differences. In both cases, we have to go back and heal and strengthen ourselves first so we can go forward on a secure and strong foundation necessary for sustainable success and growth, however you define those terms. But in coaching, we don’t stay in the past for too long. Our focus is on building the future we are meant to have. Another difference is that my coaching approach provides steady accountability so you can be taking inspired steps toward that future. Finally, we also explore spirituality in the program which is not necessarily the case in therapy.

It’s actually both! Since the group is capped to keep the energy safe and intimate, I’m able to provide ample personal attention to each client within the group.
As a client, I’ve tried it all, from one-on-one with a coach to being one of many in a large community. The group model had the most positive impact on me, but only when the group is small. My hybrid approach is the best of both worlds. It allows for lots of one-on-one support from the actual coach, plus the sense of community and belonging that comes from studying, learning and sharing experiences in an intimate container of incredible, like-minded women. I like to say “Our best work is done when in relationship with others.” A small safe group allows us to be seen and to make close connections with other women that are vital for sustainable growth. If you feel you need 1:1 support, you can opt to pay an additional fee for a personal call with me.

Absolutely not! It can be challenging to access our desires. As women, we’ve been conditioned to prioritize everyone else’s needs and wishes before acknowledging our own. This is a safe space where you’re free to explore what you want, perhaps for the first time in along time. The other reality is that our goals change as we change. Most of the clients I’ve worked with who had a goal at the start of the program have realized, as they’ve done the inner work, that their original goal was actually too small. As they improved their relationship with themselves, what they believed was possible and what they felt they deserved got juicier and more meaningful. Sometimes not having a goal at the very start allows you to develop one as you develop yourself.

In a word, clarity. You’ll tell me where you’re at and why it’s no longer working and perhaps what you want instead if you know. I’ll help you see what’s stopping you and a solution that’s simpler and closer than you may have thought. You’ll also find out whether this program is the right next step for you and if I’m the coach you want to support you.
